How to get connected with your customer ...most of the customer do not understand what they want

Getting connected to your home owner.....

2 weeks ago i met up with a lady  home owner at Boon Tiong area i waited at the void deck for her after meeting up with her she brought me to her unit . It a 5 roon standard, the floor have not done up. She try to explain what she want and during the explaining i believe she totally lost what she really want. I have hard time understand her need . 

She was telling me about this wall want to hack away and that wall wanted to hack away and wanted to erect new partition wall over and over there.. i see that she is a bit confuse but i never stop her . i just noted down what she wanted. 

Anyway, i waited till she finish then  i explain her my services and how i charge for designing and drawing 3d . 

After i left we exchange texts massage and she told me that she wanted to do the living and the master area.

 

Sometimes we get the wrong massage or the home owners do not know what she want and ask for the wrong thing. I like owner that read magazine and search the internet for something they like in order for me to head for the right direction.
